I-75 Truck Flips Over

I was driving North on I-75 just south of Dayton, Ohio near Kettering when I came upon a pick-up truck hauling an SUV on a small trailer that seemed like the type used by landscapers for their lawnmowers or vacationers hauling ATVs and the like. Just as I was about to pass him I noticed that the trailer started to fishtail a little, I decided to slow down till the fishtailing stopped, it didn't. The trailer flipped over and slid on its side right next to a police officer that had someone else pulled over for a traffic violation. Watch at the end where an RV passes me on the median because he couldn't sop in time. The rain was only a mist and did not contribute to the crash.
